The Dog Show is always a fun filled part of show day. There are a wide range of classes for all ages, from children to the more serious competitors alike. The class list for this years show is as follows:

  1. Dog with the Most Appealing Eyes
  2. Dog with the Waggiest Tail
  3. Dog with the Shiniest Coat
  4. Best Crossbreed
  5. Best Ill Matched Brace (2 Dogs with 1 Handler)
  6. Best Junior Handler (Handler 11 Years of Age or Under)
  7. Best Veteran Dog (Dogs 8 Years Old and Over)
  8. Dog with the Scruffiest Coat
  9. Cheekiest Looking Dog
  10. Judge’s Favourite

Please note:

  • Admission to the Show will need to be purchased separately on the day and in addition to Dog Show entry fees.
  • Entries to the Dog Show are £2 per dog per class, purchased at the Dog Show Ring on the day.
  • Dogs are vulnerable and at risk during hot weather and everyone should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dogs are met and should not put a dog’s health and welfare at risk. There is shade around and please remember to make sure your dog has water; taps are available on site.
  • Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after your dog.

How much is it to enter?

Entry fee £2.00 per class per dog – pay in the ring as you enter.

Does it cover my show entry?

No. Show entry is separate to the dog show entry fees and is payable on the gate as you come in.

What time does it start?

Judging starts at 13.00

Are there prizes?

Yes, there are rosettes to 6th place in each class.
