The Somerford and District Horse & Horticultural Society are proud to present the 125th Somerford & District Show, Saturday 14th August 2021

The Somerford Show traces it’s origins back to 1885, where it was founded as the ‘Somerford Dauntsey and Seagry Horticulture and Floral Society’. The Somerford Show has taken place every year since it’s inception, with the World Wars and the Covid-19 pandemic being the only years the show has not taken place.

Whether you plan on entering one of our Horticultural / Industrial classes or simply coming along for the fun, The Somerford Show is a great day out for all the family!  There is something for everyone; Viewing local produce and arts & crafts; Watching the show jumping and gymkhana; Taking part in the skittles or the duck race; Viewing the trade stands and animal and machinery collections or simply having fun at the fair! If you have a family pooch, why not bring them along and enter in the Dog Show?!

Gates open at 9am with activities taking place throughout the day. Please refer to the ‘Show Day’ page for more information.

Tickets can be bought at the gate on the day, with admission prices as follows. All proceeds go to local charities and our 2021 Nominated Charity is the Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
